Refund Policy for our Clip On Veneer products
“We” or “Us” means Ortho Plus 3D Limited trading as FabSmileVeneers.co.uk.
The “2013 Regulations” means: the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- The Clip On Veneers that we supply are custom-made and by virtue Regulation 28b of the 2013 Regulations, the consumers right of cancellation under the 2013 Regulations is excluded. However ex-gratia we may agree on a case by case basis to issue a partial refunds as follows:
When we receive your cancellation order request
Our Charge Inclusive of VAT
Before Dental Impression Kit dispatched by us
£40
Before Dental Impression Kit dispatched by us but within 5 days of the order being placed
£120
After the later of 1) The Impression Kit being dispatched by us and 2) The expiry of 5 days after the order was placed
Full charges apply (No refund given)
2) At our absolute discretion, in exceptional circumstances we might extend the time limits referred to above.
3) When we agree to issue a refund under this policy, we will refund the full amount of the payment we received less the charges shown in the right hand column above. Unless we agree otherwise we will issue any refund by cheque made out to the name of the customer in who’s name the order was made. If you chose to purchase our veneers using the interest free credit option we will issue your refund to the finance company in respect to any part of the purchase paid by them.
4) How to request a cancellation
Your cancellation request must be put in writing and must quote your correct order number and your full name and address. Your request to cancel your order will only be effective upon receipt by us. We therefore suggest you email us your cancellation request rather than relying on the post.
You can email us at: Enquiries@fabsmileveneers.co.uk and please put the word “Cancellation” in the subject heading AND your order number as well. You can find a copy of your order number in the email confirmation sent to you when you first placed your order.
Save for the right of cancellation under the 2013 Regulations, this refund policy does not affect or prejudice the consumers other statutory rights eg in the event of a breach of contract by us, supply of defective goods etc.
