We would like to check that you are happy with the fit and design of your new veneers.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the veneers we sent you. We will be in touch shortly to discuss this and resolve the problem as soon as possible. In the meantime it would be helpful if you could give us as much information as possible about why you are not happy. If possible please send photos to show the problem, pointing out any particular parts of the veneer which are causing the problem, ideally take photos wearing and not wearing the veneers. Use a pencil or similar to point out any things you are not happy about. You could even send a video if you think that would help us understand the issue.
